Mapping the Pelvis – Lateral Motion of the Bottom of the Coccyx
This hour long mat class will introduce you to the “rudder” function of the tailbone. The tailbone moves laterally to dictate where weight bearing and load of the spine sit. Normally in gait the tailbone moves behind one leg and then the other. This hour long mat class will familiarize you with the tailbone and introduce you to its lateral shifting ability.
