The inguinal ligament is a ligament connecting the ASIS bone to the pubic bone of the pelvis. The inguinal ligament creates an outward support off of the femoral artery and vein and psoas muscle group. If the abdominal wall tightens inward too much the inguinal ligament compresses and thus limits pelvic mobility and circulation in the legs. This hour long class will introduce you to the inguinal ligament and allow you to recognize its position.
